April 16 was National Healthcare Decisions Day, which stresses the importance of making decisions for advanced care in the future, ensuring your personal wishes are respected.

Advance care planning encompasses end of life care, who speaks for you and wishes for your family. While this topic isn’t easy to have, Dr. Phelps lays out how you can have this conversation and make a plan.
